SMS Terms

SMS messages are sent by ContractingSystems.ai("ContractingSystems.ai," "we," or "us"). These terms apply to text messages you have expressly opted into receiving from us.

You will only receive the specific messages you have opted into, which may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Requested follow-ups and customer support messages.
• Marketing promotions, special offers, and service updates — only if you have separately consented to marketing messages.

Marketing consent is separate from non-marketing/transactional consent. We only send the message types each person has agreed to receive.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the message types you have opted into. You will not receive messages you have not consented to.

To opt out and stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will process your opt-out request promptly. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Providing your phone number and consenting to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support of providing the service, such as customer service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Where supported by the platform, we collect and retain consent timestamps, source, form version, and relevant proof of opt-in. We do not send SMS campaigns to people who have not consented to that sender and message type, and we honor revocation promptly.
